Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 was an unusual year for the Cuyahoga County housing market; fewer homes on the market, higher prices, and bidding wars were common. In many cases, sellers who had been underwater were able to sell their homes at prices high enough to recover lost equity. But was this boom seen in predominately Black housing markets?

Frank Ford, Senior Policy Advisor of the Thriving Communities Institute with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy will present his latest housing research looking at neighborhoods on the East Side of Cleveland and the East Inner Suburbs. Join us via Zoom for this timely discussion.
